Using Nodagentry

Nodagentry is operated by Wasapile Labs. These terms describe use of the workflow editor, examples and execution features. Use the service lawfully and only submit information and connect accounts that you are authorised to use.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials, provider API keys and Run URLs secure. You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You allow us to process that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including sending it to connected providers when executing a workflow.

Keep your own exported copies of important designs. Named workflows keep separate drafts. Loading an example into the current workflow replaces that draft; duplicate it first to keep both designs.

Simulation and AI output

Sim outputs, costs and quality scores are demonstrations or estimates, not evidence that a real task was completed. Live model output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Review outputs and configured tool behaviour before relying on a workflow.

An example about incidents, claims or workplace operations is not an integration with your employer or an endorsement by that organisation. It does not replace your workplace procedures, professional judgement or required approvals.

Human approval and external runs

The interactive editor can pause at human approval gates. Event execution is blocked for workflows containing human gates. Anyone with a valid Run URL can initiate requests against its published workflow version; rotate the URL if it is exposed. Publishing a new version updates future events; editing a draft alone does not.

Hosted workflow subscriptions

When offered for your account, the monthly hosting plan includes up to five active hosted workflows. Drafts do not use hosting slots. Model inference is funded separately through included or purchased AI credits, or your own provider key. Hosting is subject to execution limits; it is not an unlimited execution offer.

Pausing hosting stops new executions and preserves your workflow and Run URL. Already accepted runs can finish. Scheduled cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. Failed renewals have a three-day hosting grace period, without new monthly AI credits until payment succeeds. After hosting access ends, restore your subscription and explicitly reactivate your workflows. Purchased credits remain available for supported manual model runs.

A disputed or fully refunded subscription payment can suspend hosting for the period it funded. Purchased credit packs do not grant a hosting subscription.

Connected services and charges

Third-party providers have their own terms and may charge for requests made with your keys, including requests from otherwise free features. Review the pricing shown before choosing any paid service. Testing a sandbox checkout is not a purchase of live service.

Billing concerns and requests for a remedy can be sent to contact@nodagentry.com. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that apply under consumer law, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nodagentry to access accounts without permission, distribute malicious code, disrupt services, violate others’ rights, or bypass usage and security controls. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users.

Availability and changes

Features and examples may change as the product develops, and service interruptions can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that an AI-generated result will meet every requirement. These statements do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
