Refunds and cancellation

What you buy

Nodagentry sells two digital products, both priced in US dollars: a credit pack (US$10 one time for 300 AI credits) and the Monthly plan (US$29 a month, with 1,000 credits each paid month and, where offered, hosted workflows). Nothing is shipped. Credits are added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute.

Your card statement

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under Wasapile Labs.

Cancelling the Monthly plan

Cancel any time from Manage billing on the pricing page. There is no cancellation fee. You keep access and that month’s credits until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Purchased credit packs are not affected.

Refunds

Credit packs: if you haven’t used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

Monthly plan: if a renewal charged you and you haven’t used any of that month’s credits, ask within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund of it.

Mistakes and faults: if you were charged twice or in error, credits were taken for a call that failed, or the service didn’t work as described, email us and we’ll fix it, restore the credits, or refund you.

Outside these cases we don’t give refunds for credits you’ve used or for part of a month.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. Nothing on this page limits those rights or the rights you have under your own country’s consumer laws.

How to ask

Email contact@nodagentry.com from your account’s email address with the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show within 5 to 10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its unused credits are removed from your wallet.
